The St. Clair County Sheriff's Office patrol division made an arrest on Jamie Craig Deason and charged him with trafficking methamphetamine after contact with Deason during routine patrol resulted in the discovery of approximately 33 grams of methamphetamine. Deason is being held in the St. Clair County Jail in Ashville on a 1.5 million dollar bond.
