Marijuana Arrest in Springville

St. Clair County Patrol Division made two arrests today during the course a traffic stop on Springville Station Boulevard in Springville.

A search yielded a garbage bag with a field weight of approximately twenty pounds of marijuana. Sheriff's deputies also located a stolen firearm.

Juan Lipscomb, a 27 y/o, b/m from Gadsden and Darius Bush, a 29 y/o, b/m from Gadsden were both arrested and charged with trafficking and receiving stolen property. Both received bonds of 1,510,000.00.

The St. Clair County Sheriff's Office and the St. Clair County Drug Enforcement Unit were assisted by the Alabama Department of Corrections and the Springville Police Department in these arrests.
