Event: Theft

Place of occurrence: US Hwy 411 North   

Suspect:  Justin Bushard 27 YO, W/M of Oneonta

James Fenley 47 YO, W/M of Altoona

For immediate release:

On this date and time two suspects were found trespassing on a farm on Hwy. 411 North in Ashville. The suspect's vehicle was found with stolen items from the property. Justin Bushard was taken into custody immediately. The second suspect (James Fenley) fled on foot. The dog team was called and Fenley was taken into custody a short time later. Both suspects were interviewed by investigators and gave a confession. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
