Stolen Vehicle Pursuit in Pell City

Incident- 10-100 originating in Pell City around 9pm

Location- Hwy 231 and Sunset Dr. in Shelby County

Tonight, a BOLO was given out on a stolen vehicle from the Pell City McDonalds restaurant.

The St. Clair County Patrol Division located the vehicle on Hwy. 231 South near River Rd. and a vehicle pursuit ensued into Shelby County. Shelby County Patrol Division assisted in disabling the vehicle near Harpersville.

The unknown suspect fled on foot into a wooded area. The St. Clair Correctional Dog Team is currently on scene searching along with Shelby County deputies, Harpersville Police Department and St. Clair County Sheriff's Office.
