Resolution honoring Deputy James McGowan

Today the St. Clair County Commission honored one of our own with a resolution for all of his dedicated years of service in the St. Clair County Community. He dedicated years as an educator, served many years on the City Council in Pell City and we are thankful to have this wonderful citizen as part of our St. Clair County Sheriff's Office Judicial Court Team.
