Narcotic Arrests in Pell City

Event: Narcotic arrests made in Pell City

Location: Pell City

The St. Clair County Drug Enforcement Unit made arrests on 6 persons after executing narcotics search warrants at two locations in the Pell City area.

During the operation, the DEU was able to recover methamphetamine, cocaine, and marijuana. The DEU was assisted by the Pell City PD, Pell City PD SWAT, and Sheriff's patrol.

The following were arrested and booked into the St. Clair County Jail in Pell City.

William S. Manning a 40 y/o, w/m of Ragland was arrested on unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $40,500.00

Breanna Murphy a 30 y/o, w/f of Ragland was arrested on unlawful distribution of a controlled substance x2, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $70,500.00

Emon D. Roberson a 25 y/o, b/m of Pell City was arrested on unlawful distribution of a controlled substance x2, possession of marijuana 1st, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $70,500.00

Nollie L. Mosley a 45 y/o, b/f of Pell City was arrested on possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana 2nd, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $13,500.00

Kyra Roberson a 21 y/o, b/f of Pell City was arrested on possession of marijuana 2nd, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $1,500.00

Roger A. Fisher a 36 y/o, w/m of Ragland was arrested on unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, FTA possession of a controlled substance, and attempting to elude. Bond $30,000.00
