Drug Arrests in Ashville

The St. Clair County Drug Enforcement Unit made arrests on 6 persons after executing narcotics search warrants at two locations in the Ashville area. The arrests included charges of unlawful distribution of controlled substances, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and certain persons forbidden to possess firearms. The Pell City PD SWAT, St. Clair County SWAT, Odenville PD, Ashville PD, Sheriff's Patrol, and the FBI assisted the DEU.

The following were arrested and booked into the St. Clair County Jail in Pell City.

 

Charles T. Moore-. a 53 y/o, w/m of Ashville was arrested on probation revocation- Theft of property 3rd.

No bond

Jeffery T. Wicks- a 63 y/o, w/m of Ashville was arrested on unlawful distribution of a controlled substance x2, possession of drug paraphernalia, and certain persons forbidden to possess a firearm.

Bond $76,000.00

Junior W. Dawson- a 47 y/o, w/m of Ashville was arrested on unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana 2nd, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bond $36,000.00

William D. Holland- a 40 w/m, of Oneonta was arrested on possession of methamphetamine, certain persons forbidden to possess a firearm.

Bond $45,000.00

Larry Patterson - a 53 y/o, w/m of Ashville was arrested on possession of marijuana 2nd.

Bond $6,000.00

Heidie A. Gaskin- a 45 y/o, w/f of Ashville was arrested on a conspiracy to commit a controlled substance crime.

Bond $30,000.00
