Event: Distribution of dangerous drugs

Place of occurrence: Pell City

Suspect: Maurio Montel Pryor, 38 YO B/M of Pell City, AL  

For immediate release:

A St. Clair County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division investigation has resulted in the arrest of a Pell City man suspected of selling methamphetamine. Maurio Montel Pryor of Pell City was arrested by the Narcotics Division with the assistance of the Sheriff's patrol. Pryor was charged with 3 counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (meth). Pryor was also charged with 5 outstanding warrants including 1 count of FTA possession of controlled substance, 1 count of FTA possession of altered firearm, 1 count of FTA certain persons forbidden to possess firearm, 1 count of unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd, and 1 count of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Pryor was booked into the St. Clair County Jail in Ashville with no bond.
