Arrest made in shooting on Florida Rd.

Incident- Shooting investigation

Location- Florida Rd. in Pell City

Suspect- Jacob Callahan, 29 y/o, w/m of Pell City

After further investigation by the St. Clair County Criminal Investigation Division, 29-year-old Jacob Callahan of Pell City was arrested and charged with one count of murder. He is currently being housed in the St. Clair County Jail in Pell City with a 100,000.00 bond and is due in court on April 23.

The Sheriff's Office would like to thank the Pell City Police Department for their quick response and assistance in this case.

The investigation is ongoing and continuing at this time.
