Event: possible impersonation of a police officer
Time: 2:33 pm
Suspect: Joel A. Tucker, 39 y/o, w/m of Ragland.
St. Clair County Patrol Division was dispatched on April 4, 2024, to assist State Probation at Bell Dr. in Ragland for a home visit to check information received of possible illegal weapons in the home.
During the home visit multiple firearms, bullets, an armored plate carrier, and a law enforcement uniform were recovered which is currently under investigation.
Joel A. Tucker was taken into custody for a probation violation and has no bond at this time.
