Event: Narcotics Arrest

Place of occurrence: Old Hwy 26 in Ragland, AL

Suspect: Heather Holtbrooks, 38 YO, W/F of Ragland 

For immedicate release:

St. Clair County Narcotics Investigators, St. Clair County SWAT, and Ragland PD traveled to 827 Old Hwy 26 in Ragland to execute a drug search warrant at the residence of Heather Holtbrooks. Holtbrooks was arrested and charged with three counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), one count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and one count of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.  No incidents or injuries.

Holtbrooks was booked in the St. Clair County Jail and her bond is 105,500.00.
