Event: Search Warrant Executed in Theft of Property investigation

Location: Florida Road in Pell City

The St. Clair County Criminal Investigation Division executed a search warrant at 2199 Florida Road in Pell City on 01/03/2024 in conjunction with an ongoing theft of property investigation. Stolen property was recovered, and Cecil Macon Ferguson was arrested on multiple counts of receiving stolen property. He was booked into the St. Clair County Jail in Pell City and released on bond.

This investigation is ongoing, and more charges could be pending.
