Name: Willard Harmon Cain, 60 Y/O, W/M of Mt. Moriah Rd. in Pell City

 

The St. Clair County Criminal Investigation Division arrested Willard Harmon Cain from Mt. Moriah Rd in Pell City after an intensive investigation.

He was booked into the St. Clair County Jail in Ashville on one count of Rape 1st degree, two counts of sex abuse of a child under 12, and three counts of sodomy 1st degree.

There is no bond at this time.

The investigation is still ongoing.
