Event: Vehicle accident

Location: Alabama International Dragway in Steele, AL

Deceased Victim: Chad McDonald, 41 yo, w/m of Talladega, AL

 

The St. Clair County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division was called to the scene of a vehicle incident at Alabama International Dragway in Steele on April 30 at approximately 8:28 pm. On scene investigators discovered one victim deceased and one injured after a vehicle that was on jack stands fell on the two victims. McDonald was pronounced deceased on scene and the other victim is in stable condition.

This incident is an ongoing investigation.
