Governor Kay Ivey proclaimed April 2020 as Spring CleanUp Month in the State of Alabama.The St. Clair County Sheriff's Office litter crew has been out in full force working on all the road clean up requests that were sent in to the Sheriff's Office in March and we are happy to give everyone a progress report. The crews have been working hard every day to help clean up our roads and communities. So far for the month of April the litter crews have picked up over 40 tons of trash and debris. This initiative has been extended by the Governor through the month of May. We are very proud of our beautiful county and are making great strides in the cleanup. Thank you to everyone who does their part to keep the progress going.
