Passing of Bill Richvalsky

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Charles William Richvalsky, Jr., known as "Bill." Bill began his career with the Sheriff's Office in 1989 as a part-time jailer before advancing to the position of deputy, committed to serving and protecting the community. Throughout his tenure, he proudly held many roles within the Sheriff's Office, with his most significant being the Administrator of the Operations Center and E911 Coordinator. In 2020, Bill retired after 31 years of dedicated service to St. Clair County.
